Payments

Clients pay Sandy Shoals Ltd directly. Card and bank payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never handle or store card details ourselves.

• Before work beginsA written scope and budget is issued and approved.
• InvoicingInvoices are issued by Sandy Shoals Ltd with a secure Stripe payment link.
• SubcontractorsWe pay all subcontractors and suppliers from those funds. Clients hold no separate vendor invoices.
• CancellationCancel in writing at any time. Before work begins and before materials are ordered, there is no charge and the deposit is refunded in full. After that, you are billed only for completed work, purchased materials, and committed subcontractor costs. Consultations and walkthroughs may be rescheduled at no charge.
• RefundsUnused funds from an approved scope are refunded to the original payment method, initiated within ten business days of a project being closed out or cancelled.
• ReturnsWe are a services business and do not sell physical goods through this site. Returnable project materials are handled under the supplier’s policy, processed by us on your behalf.
• DisputesRaise any concern with us first — we acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within ten, with invoices and subcontractor records provided on request.
